Pumpkin Bread

This moist and chocolatey quick bread is sure to make breakfast taste like dessert!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup pumpkin

3/4 cup butter (melted)

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.

  2. butter a loaf pan, set aside.

  3. In a large bowl mix together the flour, pumpkin spice, salt, and baking soda. set aside.

  4. Now in a medium size bowl mix together the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and melted butter.

  5. With the dry mixture and the wet mixture pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix. Just until combined.

  6. Mix the chocolate chips into the batter.

  7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

  8. Put it in to the oven and let it bake for 1 hour until tooth pick comes out clean.

  9. let cool for 10 minutes.

  10. serve.
