Double Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (soften)
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease a muffin pan well. Set aside.
In a medium bowl mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Now in a large bowl, mix together the sugar and butter. Then when that is well-mixed add the eggs and buttermilk and mix again.
Then add the dry mixture into the wet. Once fully combined mix the chocolate chips into the batter.
Spoon batter into each muffin tin until each muffin tin is halfway full.
Bake for 20 to 23 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool
